Install the Subscribedin Messenger mobile app, available on the Google play store or Apple Store (coming soon), and create a new account. Add your existing Twilio.com and SendGrid.com account details within the mobile app. These accounts will be used to send and receive SMS, email, voice, and WhatsApp messages.
Customers, vendors, and staff can connect with your new company account, by sending their subscription/invitation on the web, mobile, or in-person. Accepting these invitations requires a simple click of a button, within the Subscribedin Messenger mobile app.
You are now able to send and receive SMS and voice messages via your Twilio registered phone number, and emails via the domain added to SendGrid. With a few extra steps, you are also able to add WhatsApp, web forms, subscriptions and surveys.
